Your Position

As a Solutions Architect you will use your in-depth product knowledge to enable existing and potential customers to reach their goals using our disruptive technologies. You will act as a single point of contact for escalated and complex customer goals and projects and support us either in our Berlin office or in Wuerzburg.

Your Responsibilities

  • Find success path for our potential and existing customers by investigating and creating solutions that solve complex customer issues
  • Act as a single point of contact for escalated cases across our Marketing, Sales, Support, Product and Development team
  • Find resolution paths by analyzing, troubleshooting and managing escalations internally
  • Remove roadblocks for customers or articulate to product management what prevented doing so
  • Build strong customer relationships by acting as a technical consultant
  • Track and document product bugs to engineering
  • Identify knowledge gaps within teams that will help improve cycles and contribute to our knowledge base
  • Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours or on-call patterns

Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of the IoT and cellular connectivity solutions (ideally roaming scenarios)
  • Process and escalation handling experience
  • Empathetic, towards our customers and their goals
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage issues cross-functionally and remotely
  • You are a continuous learner and always on top of new developments within the IoT ecosystem
  • Tier 3 technical support experience
  • Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus
