Your Position

Are you a person who likes challenges and is passionate about recruiting? Have you ever wanted to have a unique opportunity to join an organization in a growing phase and contribute to hiring an A-level team? Then you should join our high-performing team in a fast-paced company as our (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle and you will contribute to the success of our IoT business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ownership for the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles you are in charge
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify the hiring needs and accompany them throughout the entire process
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing including the job posting, social media, employee referrals, networking events and use other creative ways to find the best talent available
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews, in line with our recruiting process and tools
  • Keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels, report data-driven key metrics and continuously improve a hiring approach
  • Interact with our team of recruiters, being a key contributor to our success story
  • Contribute to and take ownership for the projects within the Talent Management field (e.g retention, culture, talent management)

Your profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained in 2 different companies and with tenure of at least 1 year in a company
  • Proven track record of hiring across all seniority levels and departments
  • Experience working in a tech industry, ideally telco/software/digital products
  • Ideally, education in social science (e.g. psychology, sociology, economics) or business administration
  • Fluency in English, German is a big plus
  • Passion for recruitment
  • Great communication skills and empathy
  • Curious mind and pro-active approach towards learning
  • You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently
