In this position you will be responsible for the strategic development and communication of the brand. You will be analyzing brands, target audiences and potential future trends in the field of the Internet of Things, cloud computing and telecommunication. In collaboration with our marketing team you will develop a coherent brand strategy, be responsible for the consistency of our integrated marketing campaigns and support compelling content-enabled campaigns across all marketing channels.
- Analyze the status of our brand and develop intelligent and powerful strategies for initial branding, re-branding or positioning
- Distill in-depth market research and customer insights to identify potential levers for our brand
- Apply strategic, analytical and creative thinking to solve challenging brand issues (e.g. positioning, brand architecture, naming, customer experience, tone of voice…)
- Foster integrated collaboration on content requirements with your stakeholders across Growth, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Communications, and translate it into strong customer-facing messaging
- Leverage data and analytics, to drive performance and optimization of content. You’ll be adept at using analytical tools and dashboards to extract and distill insights for your team and others
- Initiate and supervise the creative translation of your strategies across the entire internal creation process
- At least 4 years of experience in developing and optimizing pure brand strategies for tech companies or an agencies serving tech companies, ideally with a B2B content marketing focus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Experience of writing and editing content within the context of personas, customer journeys, priorities and performance is required
- An excellent understanding of young and digital brands and proven comprehensive knowledge of all brand strategy related aspects
- Capability to extract critical information out of the mass and apply the knowledge on optimizing campaigns and content
- Excellent editorial skills and the ability to turn complex topics into easy-to-digest stories and creative concepts that deliver impact
