As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, track, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of concepts regarding marketing tools, strategies, and integrated digital marketing campaigns. As EMnify has a high tech Product, operating in the IoT field, a good understanding of the Product will be crucial. You should be able to lead a digital marketing campaign from conception to full execution. You will ensure that campaigns launch on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Product / Marketing and our CRM Administrator.
Develop paid search strategies, bid management, keyword generation / research, A/B-Testing.
Plan and execute all web, SEM, marketing database, email advertising campaigns.
Identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns via Google Experiments.
Control and documentation of success of all activites through jointly defined KPIs.
Optimize spend and performance based on trend insights.
Find and test new platforms and technologies to expand our advertising portfolio.
+2 years of relevant work experience within the Performance Marketing / SEA Field
deep knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Optimization and Landing Pages
Strong analytical skills, organized and systematic

fluent in English
previous work experience and / or a good understanding of Tech / IoT is a big plus
